Welcome to InvestPro. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InvestPro (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use InvestPro. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Users from jurisdictions where investment platforms are prohibited are not eligible.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account

4. Investment Services

InvestPro provides automated investment plan services with fixed daily return rates. All investment plans are subject to:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits as specified per plan
  • Daily return calculations based on your invested principal
  • Withdrawal processing times as specified per plan tier
  • Platform availability and system maintenance windows

Returns are calculated and credited daily to your account balance. InvestPro reserves the right to adjust plan terms with 30 days notice to active investors.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are non-refundable once invested in a plan. Withdrawal requests are processed within the time frame specified by your plan tier. InvestPro reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending security verification. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Referral Program

Participation in the referral program is subject to these Terms. Referral commissions are earned only on legitimate investments made by referred users. InvestPro reserves the right to void referral commissions obtained through fraudulent means, self-referrals, or violations of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral programs
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Provide false information during registration or verification
  • Share account access with third parties
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform

8. Risk Disclosure

Investment carries inherent risk. Past performance of our plans does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you have read our Risk Disclaimer and understand the risks involved in investing through our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the InvestPro platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and branding, is the exclusive property of InvestPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you invested in the preceding 30 days.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of InvestPro shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action litigation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Specific jurisdictional terms may apply based on your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
